Clayton has spent the majority of his professional career sharpening his leadership experience becoming the youngest call center manager within his past organization. Clayton strives to always remain coachable while also using past experience and knowledge to become a key part of the Advocate team! Prior to his professional career, Clayton competed in the Pennsylvania Regional Skills USA Student Competition placing 1st for his school in Information Technology Services, a contest defined by industry standards based on elements of the CompTIA A+ certification.
Clayton’s strong business acumen and ability to build a strong Agent/Client relationship supports the company’s professional work culture and improves bottom line results. He believes that if you want to be successful in a particular field or endeavor, perseverance is one of the key qualities.
Clayton also holds a diploma in Computer Information Systems from the Technical College High School – Pennock’s Bridge Campus in West Grove, Pennsylvania.
